Terms of Service
By engaging Emgori for event planning, you agree to these Terms of Service. Contracts are formed when we confirm a booking in writing. Quotations are valid for the period stated and may be subject to availability of suppliers and venues.
We coordinate with third-party suppliers (venues, caterers, entertainers). Those suppliers' own terms may apply. Emgori acts as coordinator and facilitator and will always disclose any material supplier arrangements.
Limitation of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, Emgori's liability for loss or damage arising from services provided is limited. Nothing in these terms seeks to exclude rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) which cannot be excluded.

Consumer Rights & Refunds (Australia)
Under the ACL, services must be rendered with due care and skill and fit for the intended purpose. If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a redo, refund or compensation.
Our standard cancellation and refund policy:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before event: full refund minus any non-recoverable supplier costs.
- Cancellation 7–30 days: partial refund; supplier deposits may be retained.
- Cancellation within 7 days: fees and deposits may be non-refundable.
We will always attempt to resolve disputes in good faith and local consumer laws will apply.
If you believe your consumer guarantees under ACL have been breached, contact us via the form below or visit the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission at www.accc.gov.au.
Privacy & Data Handling
Emgori collects personal information necessary to provide event services. Our full privacy practices are described on the Privacy Policy page.

Accessibility & Non-discrimination

We strive to make events inclusive and accessible. If you require adjustments for accessibility or have specific needs for an event attendee, inform us during planning and we will coordinate appropriate arrangements.
We comply with Australian anti-discrimination laws and the Disability Discrimination Act where applicable, and aim to remove barriers where possible.
